Cosmopor Advance

Cosmopor Advance – Self-adhesive patch on non-woven material and absorbent body with DryBarrier ^® technology . The contact layer with the wound is created from a fine polyethylene mesh, which prevents the wound from sticking; a transfer layer passes the exudate to the absorbent layer and holds it there to prevent its passage back into the wound.

Cosmopor advance has a special absorption and retention capacity, with additional lining effect; it is delicate with the skin due to the hypoallergenic synthetic adhesive.Cosmopor Advance – Sterile patch, with absorbent body and self-adhesive edges for fastening.Characteristics

• Sterile patch, with absorbent body and self-adhesive edges
• The absorbent body has a high absorption capacity, while providing mechanical protection for the wound
• The patch does not cling to the wound and is removed without pain
• The outer material is permeable to air and water vapor
• Hypoallergenic adhesive based on polyacrylate, delicate to the skin

• Wound coverage after surgery and prevention of recontamination – it offers wound protection for 48 hours!
• Dressing of light wounds (eg during first aid)
• Recommended for patients with sensitive skin
