Hydroactive dressing made of polyurethane foam covered with a layer of hydrogel on the contact face of the wound dressing. The outer layer is made of air-permeable polyurethane and impermeable to liquids and germs, which absorbs excess exudate from the wound.
The hydrogel layer (in the form of honeycomb with wide mesh) ensures a humid environment favorable to healing and prevents the wound dressing from sticking.directions:

- Burns up to the 2nd degree and donor sites after adequate bleeding control
