The Powerball jackpot was won for the third time in the space of five weeks on Saturday night as a lucky player from Michigan matched all the winning numbers to pocket $80 million.
The numbers for September 21st were 1, 9, 22, 36 and 68, plus the Powerball 파워볼of 22. There were more than 460,000 payouts across all the different prize categories, with one ticket picking up the jackpot. Find more information about the drawing on the Powerball Numbers page.
The Michigan Lottery quickly announced that the all-important entry had been bought at the Barrels & Barrels Party Store in Suttons Bay in the north of the state.
It is the fourth time that a player from Michigan has won a Powerbal파워볼 jackpot, and the first since Julie Leach of Three Rivers banked $310 million in 2015. Read more about some of the biggest prizes to have ever been won in the Great Lake State.
The latest winner has one year to come forward and claim their prize. They will be able to choose between taking the full jackpot amount as an annuity over 30 years, or a one-time lump sum payment of $55 million. They will not be able to stay anonymous as Michigan law dictates that winner information is public knowledge.
